Psychedelic or Breathwork Preparation/ Integration

Preparation and integration are essential components of the psychedelic or breathwork journey. Preparation helps to develop the support you need to be safely held in your journey, having some idea of what to expect and establishing some intention going in. Integration helps you to blend the experience into the rest of your life so that you can carry it forward. I offer integration work for those who have experienced recent journeys or for those long past; it is never too late to integrate an experience.
